Roofing Sales

Seeking a motivated individual with insurance claim knowledge/experience, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills to join our team. Responsibilities include lead generation, estimating projects, customer communication, and team collaboration. Experience in the roofing industry is preferred.

  1. Lead Generation: Run leads and actively prospect potential insurance claims for roofing projects.
  2. Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and provide quotes to customers.
  3. Roof Measurement: Conduct roof measurements to ensure precise assessments and estimates.
  4. Documentation: Create detailed work orders and maintain accurate records of all project-related information.
  5. Visual Documentation: Take pictures to document existing roof conditions and completed work.
  6. Customer Communication: Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the sales process, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  1. Insurance Claim Knowledge/Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with insurance claims related to roofing projects.
  2. Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license to travel to job sites and meet with customers.
  3. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new leads and opportunities.
  4. Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial):

    1. Roofing Industry Experience: Previous experience in the roofing industry or familiarity with roofing materials and techniques.
    2. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles, particularly in a construction or home improvement context.
    3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with measurement tools and software for estimating projects accurately.
